7.01.09 REDWOOD CITY OF BLINDING LIGHTS
U2 started their tour last night in Barcelona, and we were following it as it happened. Time will tell if we start playing the "Remix" version of "Crazy Tonight", but we are getting excited about some of the songs we plan to bust out at our upcoming show (July 11) at the Little Fox in Redwood City. Below is a snippet of our last show there where we played the unreleased, yet somehow a fan-favorite "Mercy":

6.30.09 STARING AT THE SUN
Zoo Station had a very busy weekend - 3 gigs, 1 new song and all in 90+ degree heat! First up was a quick gig to help send Barely Larry's mom to Nigeria later this Summer to help the kids! A couple of hours later we piled into Crossroads in Fresno to play a few more sets. This was our first time back in Fresno and it was good to have so many people remember our previous Fagan's gigs. We hope not to wait so long to return.
Sunday had us in San Anselmo for a return engagement at the Art & Wine Festival (at left). We had a great time on that outdoor stage despite the heat, and it was the perfect way to start our outdoor gig season!
Speaking of outdoor gigs, this Saturday we'll be in Livermore to play at the "Old Fashioned Independence Day" celebration at Robertson Park. We start at 6PM, so bring the kids and enjoy some live music and fireworks.
6.24.09 SUMMER RAIN
We're gearing up for the first of many outdoor Summer shows this weekend at the San Anselmo Art & Wine Festival, and came across this video on YouTube of our show last year at Pier 39. U2 may have "The Claw" for their new tour, but we had "The Crab" first!
This weekend also marks are long-awaited return to Fresno! It's been a couple of years, but we're really excited for our show at Crossroads on Saturday night. Check our Upcoming Shows page for details on this and the rest of our Summer schedule.
